Terms of Service
Last updated 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Stroll app and this website. By using Stroll you agree to them.
The licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Stroll on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Deleting photos
You are responsible for what you choose to delete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including referral fraud.
Infinite Pass and payment
Stroll is free to use with a daily swipe limit. The Infinite Pass removes that limit and unlocks Shuffle mode, and is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us.
Referrals
Referral rewards are for genuine invitations to new users. We may withhold rewards and disable accounts for self-referral, duplicate devices or automated abuse. We may change or end the programme at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep Stroll working but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue the app with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and liability
Stroll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
